I'll try to keep this list up-to-date as I receive information. This should give our neighbors an idea of what to expect in the coming months. Due to the nature of construction, though, all dates are subject to change.

January	Site prep (DONE) New 1" water line attached to city mains (DONE)
February	8000 gallon water catchment tank installation (DONE) Prep and bury the catchment tank (DONE) Foundation prep and setting up concrete forms (DONE)
March	Foundation prep and concrete forms (DONE and passed inspection) Pouring concrete (DONE) Pop the forms (DONE) Back fill the foundations - (DONE) Framing the sub floor (DONE) March 23 - Start the underfloor plumbing and HVAC (DONE)
April	April 1 - Begin framing (DONE) April 3 - Frame the downstairs (DONE) April 14 - Initial electrical work (DONE) April 20 - Frame the upstairs (DONE) April 28 - Install the roof sheating (DONE)

June	June 5 - Rough interior carpentry (DONE) June 10 - Finish rough HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work (DONE) June 12 - Back yard deck framed (DONE) June 26 - Upstairs drywall loaded into rooms for weight factor (DONE) June 29 - Roof tiles loaded onto roof for weight factor (DONE) June 30 - Window installation begins (DONE)
July	July 8 - Rough frame, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing inspection (PASSED) July 9 - Install insulation (DONE) July 17 - Pickup framing and electrical (DONE) July 23 - Start installing the siding (DONE) July 27 - Drywall installation begins (DONE)
